You don't need to bring across the system data, just the save slot data. Thus if you have A and B swapped on the PC version, the switch version will also swap A and B. More importantly, you'll need to be careful with porting the system data across because the PC version lets you set button remaps and those get picked up by the switch version. One key note about this: if you pull saves from the PC version, they will work as well but you will need to rename the files to MJ*. This doesn't seem to automatically pick up the demo saves.
